Day 1: Arrival in Maun and Fly to Kwara Camp

Upon arrival at Maun in Botswana, you will be met by a local team member and directed to your light aircraft, which will be waiting to whisk you away to the wilds of the Okavango Delta. You will enjoy your first glimpse of the glittering waterways from the air as you make your way to the Kwara Airstrip in the northeast of the Delta. At the airstrip, you will be met by your guide and the safari experience starts straight away as you make your way from the airstrip to camp. After an introduction to the camp, you will have some time to settle in before heading out on another afternoon or evening activity, depending on the time that you arrive.

Day 2-3: Safari from Kwara Camp

Over the next two full days, you will have the chance to explore one of the most wildlife-rich areas of the Okavango Delta. Animal sightings are consistently good throughout the year on this concession so you can be confident about visiting at any time of year. You can explore this concession in many ways, most commonly you will search for wildlife by 4x4 game drive vehicle, both during the day and at night, but also on offer are boat safaris, mokoro trips, and walking safaris, giving you a chance for full immersion into the rhythm of this UNESCO world heritage site of Outstanding Universal Value.

Day 4: Johannesburg

After a morning activity from Kwara, you will be driven back to the airstrip in time for your flight back to Maun. Here you will connect to a flight back to Johannesburg where you will be met and transferred to The Peech, a boutique in the suburbs of the city. You will enjoy an overnight stay here before the start of your beach holiday tomorrow.

Day 5: Fly to Vilanculos

This morning after breakfast at the Peech, you will be taken back to Johannesburg Airport by means of a direct private transfer in time for your flight to Vilanculos, Mozambique. Upon arrival at Vilanculos Airport, the team from Santorini Mozambique will be waiting to greet you and drive you the short distance to their beautiful luxury lodge. You will stay at Santorini Mozambique for the following 4 nights on a full board basis, this includes all meals, local brand drinks, non-motorized activities, Wi-Fi, and laundry.

Day 6-8: Relax and Explore Santorini

Santorini is a stunning beachside property reminiscent of a Greek villa, from its slightly elevated position it boasts exceptional views of the surrounding coastline and ocean and this can be enjoyed from your own private balcony or one of the many comfortable shared spaces. Activities onsite include kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, beach volleyball, and cricket, and available for additional costs are scuba diving, fishing, horse-riding, kite surfing, and even scenic helicopter trips.

Day 9: Transfer to Vilanculos Airport

Finally, your incredible trip spanning three countries must come to an end and today you are driven back to the airport in time for your return flights.
