Day 1: Pick up from airport/place of residence - Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Early in the morning (0700am), you will be warmly met by our company representative and your English-speaking safari guide at your hotel in Kampala city to meet and greet, be briefed about your tour, have all your travel bags packed in the vehicle, and then drive to Entebbe international airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi airstrip where you will be received by your allocated English-speaking guide for a transfer to your booked lodge to check in, stay at leisure till time to be served lunch, and then early evening visit the Batwa pygmy community for the cultural experience. The Batwa pygmy people are the ancient indigenous people around Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park who used to survive in the forest and its wildlife species by hunting small game and gathering plants for both medicine and food purposes. This walk to the Batwa communities will expose you to first-hand information about the park and its wildlife inhabitants as well as good stories about their lifestyle.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park - Mountain Gorilla trekking - Spend the evening at leisure

Wake up early (0600am) to organize yourself, arrange the necessary equipment for mountain gorilla trekking such as a camera, binoculars, and insect repellents, and get well-dressed in the recommended style for mountain gorilla trekking. Have breakfast, get your packed lunch box and drinking water, meet your safari guide, and transfer to the park information offices for the pre-trekking briefing about the gorillas. You will be allocated a gorilla family and a UWA ranger guide and start the forest walk in search of the mountain gorillas. Meeting your assigned gorilla family could take about 45 minutes to 6 hours. Once you meet the gorillas, you will spend a maximum of one hour with them, and you will be free to capture as many photos and record videos as you want to keep your great memories with the gorillas in the jungle. After the gorilla experience, return to the lodge to have lunch and spend the evening at your leisure till it is time to be served dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Drive to Kihihi airstrip – Fly back to Entebbe airport

Wake up to be served breakfast, get all your luggage packed in the vehicle, check out of your lodge, and then drive to Kihihi airstrip for your return domestic flight to Entebbe International Airport where you will meet our representative to receive you and drive you to 2 Friends beach hotel to have lunch and later return to Entebbe airport to prepare for your return flight and this will be the end of your 3 Days Mountain Gorilla tracking safari to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park.
