Kichwa Tembo is located in a private concession next to the Masai Mara and lies directly in the path of Africa's spectacular annual Wildebeest Migration. Explore this remarkable area on guided morning and afternoon game drives as well as on hot-air balloon safaris. Night-time game drives can also be arranged for a chance to search for the reserve's elusive nocturnal wildlife.

Classic Tent
The camp's Classic Tents are set within a forest and are slightly smaller than Superior Tents and further away from the central amenities, making them a favorite with safari-goers looking for privacy and tranquility.
Superior Tent
Kwicha Tembo's very spacious Superior Tents have been laid out to maximize the spectacular views from each: some boast sweeping vistas of the Masai Mara, others of the Mara through a canopy of lush forest, a few are situated in the forest itself and are ideal for birders, while a couple have epic views of the escarpment made famous in Out of Africa.
There are three pairs of 'family' tents that share a connecting passageway for maximum privacy and security and two of these also have private outdoor areas.
Every tent has an exclusive-use verandah with a built-in daybed for afternoon siestas and en suite bathrooms with double vanities, large showers, and 'loos with views'.
Facilities
Kichwa Tembo offers excellent facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Enjoy refreshing post-game drive drinks in the cozy bar area before a delicious dinner in either the indoor or outdoor dining area.
On those hot summer days, the swimming pool is perfect for laid-back game viewing while cooling off.

Enjoy delicious Pan-African cuisine served alfresco with lovely views of the surrounding area or in the main dining area of Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp.
