  • Nairobi – Kitale

    Pick up from your residential house or hotel at 0700hrs, then drive to Kitale and the drive normally takes 5-6hrs. On arrival check in the hotel as we finalize with the shopping for the food and final crew planning logistics, dinner and overnight,

    • Woodland Resort Kitale
    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Kitale - Chorlim Gate

    Breakfast normally served from 0730 - 0930hrs, there after check out the hotel and accompanied by guide and crews we drive from Kitale to Chorlim gate for about 1hr,check in the park where our trek starts,hike to Mutamaiyo camp, the trekking from the gate to the camp normally take 4-5 hours and we will arrive at the camp early evening, the distance covered normally 14km and 2950m dinner and over night at the camp

    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Mutamaiyo camp - Road End

    Wake up call at around 0700hrs, after refreshing up, breakfast will be served as from 0730hrs, then after the breakfast we head up and on this day you will have your lunch on the way at picnic point, after lunch proceed on up arriving at the camp around 1730hrs, the trekking normally takes 6-7 hours, 3500m, dinner and overnight at the camp.

    • Road End Camp
    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Road End - Koitobos – Summit

    Wake up call will be 0500hrs have your simple breakfast as we attempt the summit, we leave the camp at 0600am to Koitobos (summit) 6km, this normally takes like 5hrs to hit the summit 4222m, after taking the photos we then descend down to Road head Camp for lunch and relaxing for few hours, there after descend further down to Mutamaiyo Camp for dinner and overnight,

    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
    Mutamaiyo - Kitale - Nairobi

    This being the last day in the mountain, the breakfast will be served around 0730hrs, then prepare to descend down from Mutamaiyo visit Kitum, Makkingeny caves then you will exit Chorlim Gate to Kitale, on arrival to Kitale we will board the vehicle and get back to Nairobi arrive late evening with a drop off to your respective places of residence where the Adventure comes to an end.

Incredible Safari & Kilimanjaro - excellent guide

Great company for safari and Kilimanjaro, we were completely happy with the experience.Fredrick was great at helping us organize our safari and trek and was always on hand to answer any question we had before the safari. We decided to pay on arrival and Fredrick accept that likewise as we were traveling with so much cash the we handed the cash over Fredrick The safari was marvelous ,our guide Elisante was very knowledgeable and charming.we did 7days Serengeti,Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater camping safari,Elisante made sure we so all the Big5 Likewise we did Kilimanjaro via Machame rout in a small group and Our guides Mike Tom,Osward and Haji were very experience and helped us all to get to the top, even carrying our day pack when struggling with altitude sickness to ensure we reached the summit Eventually we had great experience with Moonlight Tours Expedition and we would recommend go with them
