feature found in the East of Uganda and also shared with Kenya, it is said to be the 4th highest in East Africa standing at 4,321m high, and it’s an extinct volcano with the main activity of hiking. It is slightly tricky to climb to the top (Wagagai peak), and hence hikers are expected to be fit enough. The mountain has a number of trails which hikers use to hike up the top. The mountain is also home to the magnificent Sipi falls, gorges, hot springs, caves, also different animal species like the elephants, forest monkeys, small antelopes, buffaloes as well as around 300 bird species. Remember that a complete circuit of hiking/trekking takes around 4 to 5 days.

Kampala - Mbale
You will have a pick up from Kampala after breakfast by your driver guide, after briefing you will drive to the east via a number of districts which have great sceneries including the Mabira forest, tea and sugarcane plantations in Lugazi, Lake Victoria, River Nile at the Owen falls dam, Jinja town among others. Later reach Mbale town and have lunch and later continue you could visit Sipi falls and neighboring areas that is if you are still on time. Have dinner and Overnight at Mbale Resort Hotel

Hiking Mount Elgon
Rise up early and have breakfast, after set out with packed lunch. Meet the park guides who will brief you and are ready to guide through the trails on the mountains, there will also be porters that can help carry your luggage just in case its heavy. You will start with any trail such as Kapkwai, Kapkwata, or Budadiri Forest exploration centre. During the hike you will have a great adventurous time. Later, return back to the hotel in the evening for dinner and Overnight at Mbale Resort Hotel

Return to Kampala
Start your day with a delicious breakfast as you get ready to set off for Kampala. On your way, you will have a stopover in Jinja town and head to different attractions around such as Itanda falls, Bujagali falls, the source of the Nile, Masese fish landing site, Jinja Sailing club among others. Also have your lunch there and continue to Kampala reaching late evening.

Incredible Safari & Kilimanjaro - excellent guide
Great company for safari and Kilimanjaro, we were completely happy with the experience.Fredrick was great at helping us organize our safari and trek and was always on hand to answer any question we had before the safari. We decided to pay on arrival and Fredrick accept that likewise as we were traveling with so much cash the we handed the cash over Fredrick The safari was marvelous ,our guide Elisante was very knowledgeable and charming.we did 7days Serengeti,Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater camping safari,Elisante made sure we so all the Big5 Likewise we did Kilimanjaro via Machame rout in a small group and Our guides Mike Tom,Osward and Haji were very experience and helped us all to get to the top, even carrying our day pack when struggling with altitude sickness to ensure we reached the summit Eventually we had great experience with Moonlight Tours Expedition and we would recommend go with them
