You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport by a representative of the charter company and directed to your aircraft. The flight will take around 45 minutes. Somalisa Expeditions exudes adventure and brings you face-to-face with Africa’s giants. Sit in your armchair and watch nature venture to you. On arrival on the afternoon of day 4, you will be met by your guide at the airstrip and taken to camp. After a short orientation, you will be taken to your tent and have time for a rest before the afternoon activity. Zambezi Expeditions showcases one of the most magnificent settings in Zimbabwe’s iconic Mana Pools National Park. Comfortable yet classic, the camp offers the kind of intimacy with nature that can only be achieved by immersing yourself in the heart of the wild. Fall asleep to the sound of the flowing river and chuckles of hippos and wake up with the dawn chorus to a spectacular African sunrise. Set under the shade of winter thorns and ebony trees, each tent has en suite bathroom facilities with hot bucket showers and the main area has charging facilities for your cameras. With unique access to the Zambezi River, your days are filled with canoeing safaris, tracking game along the shorelines by foot, and game drives along the flood plains and into the heart of Mana Pools.
