Day 2: Full-Day Safari Focused on the Great Migration

Head out early to photograph the migration herds at dawn, with the beautiful light creating dramatic photos. Capture the predator-prey interactions as lions and cheetahs stalk their prey. Your expert guide will take you to key wildlife hotspots, offering a variety of photographic opportunities. Whether it’s the herds of wildebeest and zebras or the action-packed hunts, this is a full day to capture the drama of the migration. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild, surrounded by the sights and sounds of Africa. This is also an opportunity to review your photos and discuss photography tips with your guide. In the late afternoon, photograph the golden hour , capturing the herds moving across the plains as the sun sets behind them.

Day 3 & 4: Predator Tracking & Unique Landscape Photography

Spend your mornings capturing the predator action, whether it’s lions , cheetahs , or hyenas hunting or resting. Early mornings provide excellent light for wildlife photography. Explore Ndutu's diverse landscapes —from rolling plains to soda lakes. These unique environments offer fantastic opportunities for wide-angle landscape shots as well as intimate wildlife moments. End the day with a safari session, capturing silhouettes of wildlife against the sunset and the vast African plains.

Day 5: Full-Day Photography in the Ngorongoro Crater

On your final day, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive early to capture the Crater’s incredible landscapes as the sun rises, illuminating the volcanic caldera. Full-Day Safari in the Crater Spend the day capturing the diverse wildlife within the Crater. From large herds of elephants , buffalo , and lions to the rare black rhino , the Crater offers some of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife photography opportunities. The wetlands , savannahs , and forests each provide unique backdrops for your shots. Your guide will ensure you're in the right place to capture key moments, from dramatic predator action to stunning panoramic shots of the Crater floor . After a morning of photography, enjoy a final lunch before heading back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure.
